maybe some of anti hack/cheat system like standard VAC or no-sxe? but I prefer if you had your own like on sc server ^^

Yes, there are lots of anti-hacks for CS already, iirc . . . like punkbuster and ...death something? Just use those. VAC does not work, as far as I know.
